This is a budget homestay and uncle received very nicely even though we reached there in the midnight 1 clock. He is very enegetic and the food he served was very tasty. We enjoyed the trip lot. The only problem here is the rooms are very old. Thank you uncle.

This is a budget homestay with basic facilities, but there are no words to describe the amazing hospitality of Mr.Uthaiah. We went as a group of 6 people and were greeted warmly by uncle. He provided us two rooms and made sure we were comfortable. He made sure that we did not have any issues during our 1 day stay at coorg. He also arranged for a jeep to take us to Mandalpatti hills. The food served here is so good that we ate all the yummy idlis and dosas he served us. This place is a true example of a HOMESTAY. Will definitely stay here if we get a chance to go to coorg again. Highly recommended and thanks to uncle for the wonderful service.

Coorg was my first solo vacation and thanks to the Uncle who made it worth it. I stayed just for one day, but arrived very early in the morning (at 3.30, had informed him about reaching at 5). Uncle picked up my call at such wee hours and spoke to Autowala to drop me safely at homestay. He greeted me with a smile and showed me a room, which was supposed to be a temporary arrangement for few hours. The small room was decent but old and could be maintained in a better way. But uncle wins all hearts through his hospitability and caring nature. He arranged an awesome driver for me and patched me up with another couple. That way it was not too expensive and I even had company. All in all the home stay was worth it for a budget stay at Coorg. I only had breakfast once, and dosa and chai was yummyyy. Would like to visit again.

Uncle(The owner) is very warm and friendly. Try to get the room on the terrace. Has a beautiful view of the mountains and sunrise. The rooms are a little old and could be a little cleaner. However, in terms of hospitality, uncle tries to leave no stone unturned. Rooms are economical and the food is good and the town in not too far.

We had been to Coorg on May 4th and stayed there for 3 days at Abbi Homestay. Our stay there was wonderful, comfortable and we got to eat some yummy Coorgi food at very a nominal cost. All thanks to Uttaiah uncle and his hospitality. The room was clean, economical and worth every penny. Uncle made us feel at home and was always willing to help us and his warm nature won our heart. My kids enjoyed playing with his pet dog.We would love to visit again.

We 5 members went first time to Coorg. We really enjoyed the entire trip, especially Mr.Uthaiah uncle service. Room was comfortable, and food given by him is like as home made. We feel that it\'s better to give concession in rate if we are coming as a group more then 5.

Very good hospitality

We were a group of 9 people who visited Abbi Home stay on 6th Feb for 4 Nights 5 Days. Abbi Home-stay offers a very warm, home-like and a natural ambiance overlooking lush green hills and mountains.
Getting to this home-stay is hassle-free as most of the rickshaw guys know the place. The rooms were clean with big beds and attached bathrooms. My friends and I had an amazing stay but the thing that left us amazed and awestruck was the unconditional service by Mr. Uthaiah. I dont think anyone or any 5-star hotel can match his service. He is a high spirited man who made our every moment memorable and enjoyable. He helped us with the itinerary and made all the necessary arrangements. The food was amazingly delicious and left us craving for more.
God bless you Mr and Mrs Uthaiah!!
This home-stay is highly recommended!!!!!
