Below is an explanation on how a Homestay is Graded.

Stars		Description
One		Simple, Pratical, No Frills
Two		Well Presented & Well Run
Three		Good Level of Quality & Comfort
Four		Exceptional Standard Throughout
Five		Exceptional with a degree of Luxury

Choosing and comparing individual homestays has always been difficult, with the variety and differences between each homestay. To provide you with the most useful information, we have undertaken property grading, so that you can see easily the differences between all the homestays we offer, and so make the best choice for your holiday.

Each property is shown with a rating of 1 to 5 “stars(s)”. This reflects a variety of quality elements, and provides a guide to the broad standards of each homestay. Regardless of the rating, you can always be assured that every property meets the minimum standards that we set for any homestay we advertise and that we monitor customer feedback carefully, re-inspecting properties when we think standards may be slipping.  And re-grading them, if required.
