College Friends Get together
Visiting From: Bangalore
Visited In The Month Off: December

We booked this place at the very last minute for college get together on the Xmas weekend. This place has many positives. Firstly location is good, its close to nature and at the same time very near to Kushalnagar market. We booked for total 6 ppl and got the full house for ourselves. The caretaker satheesh is really nice person and takes care of all your needs. The property has a proper boundary wall you can keep you vehicle safely inside exactly in front of the home. We got soaps and towels too. Camp fire experience was amazing and real value for money. House has a Fridge so if you want to keep beverages, no problem. Overall nice stay. One point of improvement could be the breakfast, there should be some north indian options too. That would be really great.

We've been to this place last weekend, we had whole house for ourselves. We all really loved this place, simple and very clean. Care takers were really sweet and helpful. Everything about this place was so peaceful and serene. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed this Farm house. We would love to come back.

Overall nice stay. Worth the price.
But there is lot of room for improvement.
Washrooms and bedrooms are neat but can be kept even better. Don't expect towels bathing soaps etc. Breakfast and dinner cooked tastes good.

Simple and Best

We were a group of 8. The place is simple and comfortable. We reached a bit early before check-in time, but they allowed us and gave us one spare room for resting. The food was really good, home cooked pork and chicken for dinner. We got the entire house for ourselves, They had clean linen and clean house. The hosts were amazing set of people - kind and always approachable. I would suggest this place for a budget stay, away from noise and pollution.

Overall Very much satisfied with food and stay.

Calm and Serene

We had a group of 10, 7 adults and 3 children visiting the place. The place is neat, comfortable, Serene and tranquil. We spend two days and the stay was really good. Overall stay, the chicken kabab for dinner, having the full house for ourselves was great. The house and toilets could have been a little more cleaner and definitely a large scope of improvement to better the place. Overall a super satisfying experience.

Comfortable Stay, Good Food
Visiting From: Mumbai
Visited In The Month Off: March 2017

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the food was good. The house is quite large with a lawn in front of it. It is quite close by to 3 major attractions (Cauvery Nisargdhama. Dubare Elephant Camp & Golden Temple).

The food was good - traditional South Indian fare. The breakfast was tasty too. The morning tea was refreshing.

Overall one can experience good low budget stay.

Things that can be improved includes - more modern looking furniture, cleaner washrooms and better use of the lawn. One can easily accommodate couple of swings for the kids.

Stay was comfortable. the care taker was very polite and took good care. Though the price of dinner mentioned on this page is Rs 200 (veg), when we checked with the care taker, he said Rs 300 (veg). The coffee he served was awesome. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

Serene and relaxing
Visiting From: Hyderabad
Visited In The Month Off: May 16

I along with my wife and daughter stayed at Namanvana Homestay on 20 and 21 May 16. The place is basic and "no-frills" but that is what adds to the stay experience. The rooms and neat and tidy and very comfortable. Mr Nachappa was very helpful in telling us the directions to the homestay. The staff comprising of Satish, Ramesh and Manjula were very helpful and co-operative. The food was amazing to say the least. If you are looking for authentic home cooked coorgi meals, then this is the place to be.
Overall and awesome and relaxing experience. Would certainly go back given the chance
Thank you Mr Nachappa and staff for giving us this amazing stay

Stay was good, whole property was occupied by us only. Care taker was helping and they provided kitchen access as well which we were told that we wont get.. Just one thing as committed,we would be getting everything for bonfire, coal and skewers etc, we did not get..bcs of that our barbeque plan got flopped.. They did not arrange skewers that was the bad thing only..rest everything was amazing.. Beds were clean.. We liked the stay!!
