Awesome place with best hosts and tasty food what else you can ask during an vacation. Mr & Mrs ranjan helped us throughout the trip from fixing the cab for the best price and with complete guide on places to visit. Even their advise on what to get and where to get was very helpful. Coming the place, it is very neat and surrounding is very calm and pleasant. We had a walk through their estate and it was mind relaxing. I had a good conversation with Ranjan sir on many topics and simply loved the stay. Thanks a lot for you help and will visit again. 🙂

It was a delightful experience for us to get away from bustling city life and stay peacefully amidst the quiet lush green forests. The homestay is neat and classy. We awakened to chirping bird sounds and awesome breakfast arranged by our hosts- Namitha and Ranjan. Truly a getaway spot in every sense. Thank you for all you did to make our stay so cheerful! 🙂

Mine was quite an adhoc plan and I felt lucky to have atleast found a place. However I think my luck was pretty good to have got Hornet's Nest. Nestled inside a coffee estate, close to Cauvery, its a perfect place for nature lovers. To top off, you get the lovely hospitality of Mr. Ranjan and his wife Mrs. Namitha. My daughter enjoyed her time with their dog Jane and fishes in their small garden pond - perfect to keep her busy and entertained. The traditional meals - sweetdishes and morning coffee was possibly the best I had in a long time.Mr. Ranjan also helped us have a great time at cauvery river with their son and with the right places to go around in and around coorg.Overall its going to be an unforgettable time for my family having enjoyed coorg the traditional way to its core.Thank you so much Hornet Nest 🙂

Safety, Hygiene, Cleanliness and Good food are some of the key essentials one expects from any kind of stay and Hornet's Nest ticks all those boxes.(You would ideally need a car to get there. This place is just a 10 minute drive for Dubare Elephant Camp!)Mrs. Namita and Mr. Ranjan are fabulous hosts. They have an adorable pug and few fishes too as pets which my daughter absolutely loved. Stayed there with my elderly mother and daughter for one night and we felt safe and at home! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. They made different vegetarian dishes for us.They helped me with my travel arrangements from Mysore and for my onward journey as well. Truly grateful for that as I was very unsure of local travel companies and drivers to hire. You can buy some amazing coffee powder and black pepper from them as well! Wished we could have stayed longer and had a tour of their coffee estate as well. Would definitely like to visit them again in the future. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality and for your assistance with regards to hiring the car. We had a memorable time.
