We had been there to celebrate our 2 decades of friendship and a birthday, the experience was amazing, no traffic, no human intervention and very peaceful.....Best place for relaxing with amazing food and hospitality...You feel between the greenery and amidst forest....A wonderful place to escape from the daily routine and just give time for yourself.

This is my first time to Coorg though it was overdue for years. Kwality cottage is a perfect place if you are anything like me to spend a peaceful vacation away from noise and pollution especially away from Delhi's toxic air. It is located in the middle of a coffee plantation and the rooms are spacious with a stunning view of the forest with a stream running beside. You don't get to hear anything other than the birds or the bugs from the forest. There is no cellphone coverage except Airtel and BSNL which made me disconnect from any thoughts or disturbance from work and it is exactly what I wanted to spend a peaceful vacation. Looking forward to visit again during Monsoons.

We visited in the month of January. It's a wonderful place to stay. Very hospitable host who took very good care of us. The estate is really amazing. There's a stream that flows across the estate and its very relaxing to sit by it. The rooms are very neat and the bathrooms are huge and well maintained. Food was really nice. We had a great time at the home stay.

It was a peaceful stay amidst coffee estate. The location of the cottage is inside the coffee estate. From main road it was around 1 km inside the estate. Road towards cottage from main road is not good.Mr. Ganesh the caretaker/cook was very helpful and nice guy and his food was very tasty. We liked the food cooked by Mr. Ganesh very much. There is a big stream that flows next to the cottage. Room and bathrooms are spacious. The onwer of cottage Mr. Chengappa was also very friendly, helpful and nice guy. You can ask him for any help.

Good Home Stay in Coorg

 by Muruganandam
Visiting From: April-3rd

We visited Coorg in the month of April. The climate was warm around Madikere, we realized that we were in a hill station only inside the estate where we witnessed mist during the morning. It was calm and serene place to unwind and refresh with gushing waters to play around. The owner of the place, Mr.Chengappa was cordial and took us for a walk around the estate and water. Food was good and tasty, but make sure you guys quantify amount of food required.

One suggestion is they need to put proper sign boards for visitors as the entry to estate is secluded from the main road and paths are steep without directions.
