If 2 children above 14 are accompanying their parents, we request our guests to book a separate room for them.

Price includes Breakfast. Lunch & Dinner is served on Request. Meals for the day are fixed. We serve Coorg & as well Continental Cuisine. A Non-Veg Meal will cost Rs 250/Per Person/Per Meal, A Veg Meal will cost Rs 200/Per Person/Per Meal.

The first word comes to our mind is "peacefulness" about balajivilla. We felt, very comfortable, Hassle free and relaxed after coming here.The ambience, people and food compliment very well. Perfect getaway for any person of any age group. The night campfire and the chicken curry are icing on the cake. All the very best - " Balaji Villa" .:)

This is our first home stay and the room was so clean and comfortable than what we expected. The food was delicious and we had a great time during our stay.Facilitiies provided by your villa is far better than many other villa that I have stayed before.
Excellent stay & food

We stayed in this homestay for 2 days last December. It was fantastic & the people there went the extra mile to make us at "home". The food was the best part (hot & homely) & they also helped us with the local travel arrangements, places to visit & so on.
You should definitely check this place out, especially try the cottages.

REALLY SHOWS THE GENUINENESS
It is a good experience & nice stay in the villa. The wonderful thing is it is exactly the same what is present in the internet and no exageration which really shows the genuineness. Further the food is excellent and the teams did the bestto make our stay comfort. we felt as though we are in our home. the real wonderful is food which is excellent and didn't cause any problem.
Suggestion: please maintain the same so that even if we refer to our friends they should also feel the same
